Resources Development Service

Through our Resources Development Service, we provide local teachers with the facility to develop and produce customised resources which are tailored to suit the ages, levels and abilities of their pupils. Navan Education Centre invested in laser colour technology and inaugurated this service as a practical attempt to help teachers procure resources that are relevant to their own individual and local situation. Seamus O'Neill, our Resources Development Co-ordinator, working in cunjunction with teachers will

• produce specialised charts, posters, booklets, games or teaching tools
• design interactive or printable tests, quizzes, recording templates for teaching plans, pupils' progress etc.
• review an educational software package or website and develop ancillary materials to maximise its use
• develop blue prints of any other ideas that are related to teaching and learning

This is a not-for-profit service. Once a resource is developed, it will be available to any teacher for the cost of its production.
