SPEAKER - Ageeth Hup
Following my career as a primary education teacher and Occupational Therapist (OT) in the Netherlands, I moved to the West of Ireland in 2000 and started to work for healthcare/educational services. In 2012, I founded my private practice 'CAN-DO Occupational Therapy' for children, teens and adults. I carry out OT assessments and provide OT related webinars & consultation sessions for parents, teachers and education centres. My practice aspires to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed paediatric and adult services. I am especially drawn to innovative, pioneering projects and contemporary ideas for best practice. This includes coaching-based OT interventions for parents and 'neurodiverse' students and adults (e.g. Dyspraxia, Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia). My passion for life long learning and interest in people's drive for growth & development have resulted in an MA degree in Adult Learning and Development and an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching.
