Workplace Training and Compliance, Promoting Positive Behaviours course, focuses on understanding what behaviours of concern are, early identification and supportive whole-school responses while promoting inclusion and wellbeing for all students. We look at behaviours of concern and review the recent Department of Education guidance, and the NCSE’s Relate framework. We review strategies that promote positive behaviour supports, de-escalation techniques, and proactive planning, while upholding dignity and respect for every child and young adult.  The training aims to bring additional awareness to equip staff with the skills and confidence to foster safe, supportive, and inclusive environments for all.
