SUM24-108 Developing Pupil Wellbeing through Physical Education

Participants will have the opportunity to explore how to develop physical literacy in their school by engaging with a variety of innovative approaches to develop fundamental movement skills, understanding the impact of motivation and confidence, and gaining valuable insight into developing a child’s knowledge and understanding.
By developing physical literacy in your PE programme, you can support children in continuing to participate in physical activity throughout their lifespan, enhancing their overall wellbeing.
This practical, interactive course will give teachers and school leaders an opportunity to reflect on their own experiences of teaching and learning in PE and how to cultivate a positive culture and climate in their school.
