Restorative Practices - From Doing to Being
DATE: Tuesday, 10th September 2024
TIME: 7pm to 8pm
VENUE: Online via Zoom
Target Audience: Primary & Post Primary Teachers, Early Years Educators and Special Needs Assistants
Restorative Practices is a philosophy and a set of tools, it’s a mindset and a skillset. This takes more than a one off Croke Park session and more than a training day.
Ultimately, RP is a way of being. In this webinar you will learn:
- What RP is?
- Why you need it in your class and in your life? and
- How you can embed it in your life and move from “doing to being”.
Note: requires willpower and 2 minutes* practice a day.
Speakers - Joe Power
Joe Power is an independent RP trainer/facilitator and a Quality Specialist with CDI Tallaght. He was previously Development Officer for Limerick and has worked with dozens of schools, both primary and secondary from one off Croke Park sessions to whole school implementation. He also employs the values and skills of RP in his own life.
