SP25-53 Restorative Practices - Relationship Window - Four Ways of Being
Restorative Practices - Relationship Window - Four Ways of Being (EY) (P) (PP) (SNA)
DATE: Tuesday, 18th March 2025
TIME: 7pm to 8pm
VENUE: Online via Zoom
Target Audience: Primary & Post Primary Special Needs Assistants and Early Years Educators
In the fourth of their 12 part series Jenn and Joe explore a framework for approaching the various relationships in our lives. Known as the Relationship
Window, and outlining four broad ways in which we can interact with people,
this is both a core philosophical tenet of RP as well as being a practical reflection tool. The nub of this deceptively simple philosophy is that, rather than doing things TO or FOR people, when we are being restorative we seek to work WITH people.
Each session in the series offers valuable insights, tips, strategies and resources in a separate aspect of RP, allowing you to navigate the various complexities with confidence - one step at a time.
