Presenter: Mags Leonard

Mags Leonard has over 20 years of experience in primary education, a Masters in Arts (TESOL), a Postgraduate Diploma in School Leadership as well as a Certificate in Coaching Practice & Ethics (Specialising in Educational Leadership Coaching). She is a dedicated and innovative leader with a passion for teaching and learning, curriculum development, and school improvement. Currently serving as an AP1 post holder and Professional Learning Leader (STEM) while on secondment with Oide, she regularly facilitates whole school closure days, school support, webinars and face-to-face sessions.

Mags has a passion for fostering professional growth in educators, empowering them to achieve their goals and enhance learner outcomes. Her experience in coaching and leadership development is rooted in a deep commitment to collaboration, reflective practice, and continuous improvement—principles closely aligned with the LAOS Framework.
