DATE:     Wednesday, 9th & 16th September 2026
TIME:      7:00 pm - 8.00pm
VENUE:  Online Via Zoom

Neurodivergent students often find the experience of attending school overwhelming, as they communicate, play, form relationships, and sense the world around them differently to their neurotypical peers. This webinar will enable teachers to make sure that all students feel seen, safe, and supported. Participants will gain a practical toolkit that supports cross neurotype communication and fosters inclusive and identity safe classrooms.

Participants will

  • Understand the principles of neuro affirming practice and why they matter for inclusion and wellbeing
  • Develop understanding of the Window of Tolerance and brains response to stress
  • Explore why ND students experience higher rates of stress and anxiety
  • Design classroom cultures that balance structure and flexibility, create emotional safety and accommodate sensory sensitivities.
  • Learn about the importance of choice, competence and connection in the classroom
  • Learn practical strategies to manage and prevent anxiety in the classroom
