Presenter Bio:
Laura Rafferty
Laura Rafferty is a Learning Technologist in the Education Development Services Unit (EDSU) at Munster Technological University. With over 16 years of experience across industry and higher education, she leads the development of custom e-learning initiatives at national and European levels and manages the implementation of digital learning platforms across the university. Her interests focus on how Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and ePortfolios can support more inclusive, student-driven learning, and she is currently exploring the role of AI in shaping the future of digital education.
