Dyslexia Ireland has recently published new guidance to assist schools when selecting literacy programmes to help support dyslexic learners. This provides a tool for both evaluating a school’s existing literacy resources, and to assist when considering acquiring new programmes. The guidance is based on a high-level analysis of scientific findings as to what works best for children with dyslexia, consistent with the current research, and was first published in January 2025 in collaboration with a working group of Irish experts on literacy and dyslexia. This webinar will summarise the key points of the guidance and provide an opportunity for colleagues to ask any questions.
