Enhance your teaching skills with this 5-day summer course, designed to help primary school teachers better understand dyslexia and confidently support students. Through specialist-led sessions and interactive workshops, teachers will gain:
- A deeper understanding of dyslexia, how to identify it, and its impact on learning
- Confidence in setting achievable targets and creating effective support plans
- Hands-on experience with proven teaching strategies and methodologies, as well as a range of games that promote language learning, processing skills, and confidence of the pupils
- Techniques to boost student self-esteem and create an inclusive classroom
- Practical insights into assistive technology to aid learning.
